Lopa Removals Ltd offers transport services between London Paris and Brussels. We have created concept of scheduled and discounted trips between those three Capitals to allow people (private and business customers) easy way of transporting the goods.
LOPA is a scheduled and cost effective service between London Paris and Brussels designed to transport a van size loads and small removals non-stop in each direction. We are operating in the similar way to the train service with the only difference that we are moving objects by road.

STAY IN CONTROL
With our scheduled trips where the dates are displayed on our website you can plan your move way in advance instead organizing everything last minute and save yourself a trouble. With enough notice and volume we can even work around your dates – still cost effective.
BUDGET SOLUTION
Having only small amount of the belongings “part load service” would allow you to save on the cost of the transport, as you would share the space on the van with others at discounted rate.
FREE STORAGE?
For the part load services up to 4.5 m3 first 4 weeks of storage are free, after that period you can enjoy low rate based on volume of your goods.
How does it work?
It’s simple – use our quote form.
In case of more complicated transports send us an email or just give us a call and let us know all the details of your transport or removal.
You do don’t need to know the answer to every question – let us help you. When we know enough about your transport and what you need, you will receive a quotation via email with all the possibilities and options available to make your move even less stressful. Now is your decision time – If you are happy with everything just follow the instructions in the email. You can book your service using ONLINE BOOKING option. We require a £100 deposit and you can pay the rest by a bank transfer, PayPal or in cash to the driver on delivery.
How will you transport my goods?
We are operating van delivery service, this way we can access all the narrow streets in London and Paris and Brussels with no extra stress. Our service is based on part loads which means that we usually will have 3-10 other customers goods on the same van. This is the reason why we can keep our prices low without lowering standards.
How long does it take?
In most cases you should receive your belongings between 1 and 3 days.
Do you have a storage?
Yes, our storage facilities are based in Romford.
We have container style of storage which are made of 1.5 mm corrugated steel. This means they are corrosion resistant and can last for between 15 and 20 years, so your goods are safe.
For customers choosing part load service up to 10.0 m3 we can offer 4 weeks storage free of charge.

What about insurance?
We are holding a professional policy provided by AXA. All goods during the transport are insured up to £20.000 per full van load.
Part load service
Limited cover – included in the quotation. Our maximum liability is up to £40.00 per item.
Standard cover – not included in the quotation and subjected to an additional costs, as follows:
£30.00 – up to £1.000 cover per individual load
For the each additional £1.000 cover there is a charge of £10.00, hence obtaining a cover of £20.000 for individual load would cost £200.00
Dedicated service
FREE Standard cover up to £20.000 – included in the quotation.
Please note that £100.00 excess applies.
If you require cover above £20.000 you need to let us know in advance; this can be increased on request and is subject to an additional cost.
How do we calculate our quotations?
Our quotes are based on volume (m3) and there is weight limit per each m3.
To provide accurate quote we need to receive detailed list of the items with their approximate measurements (W x H x D).
For example: list of the furniture, number of the boxes etc.
How to calculate m3
Try to stuck up your goods in one place and measure all three dimensions (Height x Width x Length). Then multiply them and you will get a volume in m3

Do you have weight limit ?
Yes, we have weight limit per each m3.
What if the weight limit will be exceeded ?
For example: if the volume is 1 m3, but the weight is 200 kg then we would charge you for the 2 m3 up to 240 kg
If the weight is exceeded only by few kg than we would charge £1.00/kg
What if it’s turns out that the volume is smaller than I initially booked, can you adjust the price ?
Once the certain volume has been booked the price cannot be changed, simply because as we reserved the space for you we could not book it for anyone else, therefore we would not make a profit.
What charges would apply for door to door service without lift?
Door to door charges:
£20 x Volume and £10 per floor if there is no lift.
Do I need to help with loading/unloading when I booked door to door service?
If you book door to door service with one man in case of heavy and bulky items (for example: fridge, some furniture) help from the customers will be required, as those items are not possible to carry for one man only.
How to book my removal?
To book your service please use our online booking form.
After submitting this form you will receive booking confirmation email, invoice and payment instructions.
How and when to pay?
We require a £100 of deposit on the day of the booking – we would not validate any booking without it.
Outstanding amount could be paid by bank transfer, on-line or cash to the driver on the delivery.
Please note that we must receive all the funds latest upon arrival of your goods. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the goods being placed into storage until full payment is made . Any storage or redelivery costs will be payable by the client
Do you pack my belongings?
We can offer this service at additional cost.
Do I have to use boxes or I can use bags and suitcases?
You can use boxes, bags, backpacks, suitcases, trunks – do not use carrier bags, bin bags and do not leave any loose items.
How I should get ready?
Please pack your belongings using strong cardboard boxes or bags, everything must be marked with your name, reference number and delivery address. Pictures and mirror and any glass items must be bubble wrapped. We take care of the larger items like: TV, sofas, chairs, tables, beds, sideboards…etc.
